Logos and Brand Assets
Brand Assets appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited. See Section 4 of our Terms of Use for takedown/licensing contact information.
Requests, Licensing & Takedowns
If you are a rights holder and wish to (a) request removal of material you own, (b) grant a licence for use, or (c) report alleged unauthorized use, please provide the following information to admin@womenseleven.com:
- Your full name and contact information.
- Proof of ownership (registration number, official statement, URL to official site).
- Exact location on our Site (URL(s)) of the material in question.
- A concise description of the claimed infringement.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
Upon receipt we will acknowledge within 5 business days, review the claim, and take appropriate action (removal, contact, or request for documentation). If you are unhappy with our response, you may escalate to the appropriate legal authority.
Preservation of evidence & fair use
We reserve the right to retain content for legal or archival reasons and to consider applicable exceptions (e.g., news reporting, fair dealing) in accordance with Canadian copyright law. Rights-holders who grant licenses should provide written terms to avoid disputes.
